Laura Lance testimonials
"I loved Laura’s energy and how easy it was to open up and share. I felt very comfortable and genuinely felt cared for. I liked that Laura kept what I previously said and would repeat these things--it felt sometimes like the old me was talking to the new me. I left each session feeling more self-aware and more confident. Overall, I feel so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Laura and be coached on my wellness, struggles, and goals."

"It stayed light but not fluffy--if that makes sense. I need to laugh at myself and Laura left space for that. As well as doubling back in harder-to-discuss areas."

My Story
I am committed to helping others find balance in their lives and live life to its whole potential. In my own life I’ve experienced trauma, an eating disorder, chronic fatigue, an abusive relationship, divorce and remarriage, and step-parenting. Along the way I realized it was up to me to find my own path to wellness. I've spent years exploring, asking questions, studying and researching in order to find solutions and resources that resonate and make sense.
My search first brought me to the healing work of Pilates, and I took deep dives into somatic healing, spatial medicine, myofascia, rehab, optimum fitness, pain science, and mindfulness. When I discovered wellness coaching, I had another epiphany: finding a way to share and help others to make their own journey to health and wellbeing.

I believe everyone has within them the wisdom and strength to change and grow. Sometimes we need a guide, sometimes we need an arm to lean on, and sometimes we just need reminding what we're made of. But we're all yearning for balance, equilibrium, and wellness. We are built to thrive!
