FAQs
What is integrative wellness?
Integrative wellness looks at the complete person, acknowledging the multi-faceted quality of wellness. We look at the areas of nutrition, movement, sleep, resiliency, spirituality, environment, and relationships, as each one impacts your wellness, and all affect one another.
How do I set goals?
Together we look at what is important to you, what gives you vitality, and what are your values and strengths. Your goals spring from this vision and from your mission, aspirations, and purpose.
How long does it take?
Studies show it typically takes about ten weeks to create a habit or change a behavior. We aim for seven sessions, spaced two weeks apart, but that is flexible and we can add additional sessions.
What is different between individual and group coaching?
Individual coaching provides personal attention and focus. Group coaching provides an additional layer of support and accountability and taps into the group's energy, expertise, and wisdom as you work on your personal goals. It also can make coaching more accessible financially.
