It looks at wellness from a holistic view.

It is a bowl to hold your growth and change.
It is a bridge from stagnation to flow.

It is a call to your deepest longings and strengths.

What coaching is not:

  • It is not psychotherapy and does not diagnose or focus on mental health issues or root causes.

  • It is not "open ended." We work for a specific period of time, towards your specific goals.

  • It is not my opinion, based on my values, of what you should do. My job is to evoke your inner wisdom and knowledge.

Our wellness is affected by all aspects of our lives. In integrative wellness coaching we address the complex interdependence of the mind, body, and spirit.  Together we will set a wellness goal that gears you toward your vision of your best self, and I will support you as you take steps to meet your whole potential.
